Community Hub

One of the main focal points of the scheme is the community hub. It is located directly off the new public space and will act as the heart of the scheme. The hub provides a communal space that allows access to the health centre, pharmacy, community space and the enterprise units.

Within the community hub Cardiff Council will be introducing a Contact Centre that will be a 'one stop' service. The facility will be able to answer all of your basic Council enquiries and will be able to help you contact the right people for the more complex issue's. Cardiff Council staff will also have a specialist service for benefit enquires operating an on site appointment system.

Internally the ‘Hub’ provides a high quality light entrance with glazed balustrading and a feature staircase with a bridge providing access to the health centre on the 1st floor.

Enterprise Units

Within the upper floors of the community hub is an area dedicated for enterprise units. These rooms vary in size and are designed for companies / user groups to rent as office accommodation. If you wish to register an interest in one of these rooms please contact teamccha@ccha.org.uk
