Townhouses

The 11 townhouses range from three storey 4 bed houses to three 6 bed houses which are specifically designed to accommodate larger families. All the dwellings are built to a high specification, incorporating current Welsh Assembly Guidance, Building Regulations, Lifetime Homes and RNIB requirements.

There are also 2 detached houses which will be among some of the most environmentally friendly homes in Cardiff achieving Code 5 compliance under the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Flats

There are 48 flats within the scheme with a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom. The larger flats are designed for families with disabled requirements. The larger flats are located on the top floor and have the luxury of a roof terrace that will be fully accessible for disabled users.

The ground floor includes ten 1 bedroom flats and are all designed to be used by disabled occupants. Each has a private access to the property. The units incorporate features such as kitchens that are adjustable houses and charging point for electric wheelchairs.
