About Leadbitter

Leadbitter began as a small family company in Oxfordshire in 1971. From small beginnings we now have 8 regional offices and an annual turnover of £350m. The strength of our business gives our customers the security that we are with them from the beginning of every project through to the completion and beyond.

Our business is divided into two main areas of operation - Housing and Major Works. 50% of our business provides affordable homes and 50% health, education, leisure and commercial buildings.

Leadbitter opened its first Cardiff office in 2002 at Cardiff Gate and now has 78 local staff working out of 2 Cardiff offices. Our commitment to training is demonstrated in our employment of 9 trainees/apprentices – this equates to 11.5% of our current staff levels.
