Experience of the Considerate Constructor Scheme

We became an Associate Member in 2008 and our average score for projects completed in 2008 was 34.5 out of 40 and for 2009 35 out of 40; demonstrating an on-going improvement in our performance.

At Dumballs Road we achieved an average score of 36.25 out of 40 and we aim to reach a similar score in Loudoun Square. Our reports for this scheme were endorsed by the following comments:

Leadbitter will manage and monitor every detail of the site set up and will develop the project with the thoughts and consideration of the Butetown community. We will carefully agree:

• Traffic Flow and parking
• Keeping the area clean
• Keeping the area safe
