The 13 new townhouses at Loudoun Square have all now been allocated.
The homes were allocated to families who were registered on the Cardiff Common Waiting List (CCWL), who had the highest number of points and had applied for either a three, four or six
bedroom house in North Butetown.
CCHA is also building 48 flats on the site of the old health centre at Loudoun Square, which are due for completion in March 2013. You must be registered on the CCWL for either a one or two bedroom flat in North Butetown to be eligible for these which, again, will be allocated to those with the most points.
If you need information about your application or if your circumstances have changed, please contact Cardiff Council’s application helpline on (029) 20537111.
